For a practitioner of Chinese Astrology and Feng Shui it is essential to find stillness within and not get carried away by the ego.
To make this possible I highly recommend the lessons that Eckhart Tolle is giving at Oprah.com about his book A New Earth.

Thank you for this information.
I am a big "fan" of Eckhard Tolle.
I red his book "The power of now" and it is realy a power.

Finaly the book A New Earth is also available in italian and it will be the next one I will read. I have a lot of conferences from him in german language and each time I follow one of it, I feel quiet.
I love the simplicity that he find out, how to contact the deepest part of us. One don't need to go to a particular place. Every moment and every place is the right one. So no more barriers and no more exuses, even if we are in hurry....
