I don't see anything of claiming things as his own findings.

He is simply encouraging people to be sceptical and not blindly accept everything that is found in old books.
Which is a healthy attitude for a student regardless what is the domain.
What is it you don't understand about that?

The problem is that his students get different results to one another, turning that forum into a mess, where nothing makes sense.

In metaphysics it is only normal to get different results, otherwise it would not be metaphysics but part of the exact sciences.
These different results is what makes it interesting, it is not at all a problem.
If you consider it a problem, then why waste your time.., then why not use your time to study the exact sciences instead?

People get different results in metaphysics. That's a fact because there is an element of interpretation in it.
To me that's why I like it..

For you it seems to be a problem.
Then the question becomes very simple: why you waste your time in metaphysics if it is a mess that makes no sense to you?

i'm not sure about the harassing penalty but the other type of penalty is true based on my personal experience.
