Facing and sitting

Feng Shui Friends

Dear friends,
I need some help. I'm not able to decide the facing and sitting of this appartment. (see file attached)
West and est are 2 roads about 10 mtrs large with same traffic movement. All arround are houses of 5 floors.
In the SE is a square. North are houses.

The concerned flat is at the ground floor. Totaly there are 15 flats (5 floors)
- Has 2 windows on the est-side: 1 livingroom and 1 bedroom.
- The kitchen has a balcony with a view to the courtyard without much daylight.
- This courtyard is not very much used. No children play. Only 2 bicycles are there. No sunlight. Lot of humidity. It is used only for some of the owners who used the garage.
- The entry to the house is : ingresso palazzo.

Can someone comment on this?

It may be a very simple answer, but it may help......before you decide de facing, look for the sitting.....I belive there is a wall in that flat that look more like a mountain.....
Secong idea: check how people who leave there use the space, wich side has more yang use.
It doesn´t look easy to me either. I hope some other may coment.

to me, it looks like the East side is the facing, even if the "opposite" side, with its irregular walls, has openings in it, therefore making it an unstable sitting, IMHO.
Have you come to any conclusion yet?
When I am in doubt about facing (or the period of the house), I make two (or several) charts and check them with the history of the inhabitants to see which chart matches best (I'm sure you've heard this advice before).

Hope you solved this puzzle before my comment, :)

sorry for my late answer. I was abroad.
The question I asked was not a case of mine, but of a friend of mine. So I never saw the house, but I have some informations.
My friend can't know the events of the house, because an old woman lived in until she died. Than the house has been selt, and the new owner asked for an audit. As far as I know, my fried didn't came to a conclusion yet. I proposed to go to that place and stay for some time, in order to evaluate the moovings...
