Now I have no doubt fshui is rubbish.
There was a cafe in my period 6 building that had success in period 6 but later began to lose clients. I thought that was good evidence for fshui, but today i found that two successful shops in another period 6 with the same south 2 facing have great success.
so, the reason why the cafe had success in period 6 was a mundane one- the owner is black. At the time many blacks were coming over from the ex colonies and naturally went there everyday. But as years went by, and they settled in better homes rather than slums the number of costumers decreased. The other reason is that people like new places, something believers often forget. Nothing to do with bad luck of new period
Hi Paulo
I agree somewhat with you. Many people tend to blame everything on Feng Shui.
I`m a student of Master Yu, but his recent post on his blog calling "losers" those students for whom feng shui doesn`t work is an obvious trick to make them feel...like "losers".
But master Yu is a spent force. He doesn`t fool anyone any longer
There are many professions that do not have a 100% success rate.
The weather man on TV gets it wrong from time to time. His science not working..?
The economists make bad judgment and the economy breaks down or company goes bankrupt..
Doctors do not succeed to cure every patient.
Some medicines will only help in 20% of the cases..
Does that mean the medicine doesn't work?
I think you would happily use such medicine if you suffer a deadly disease.
But somehow the feng shui or astrology you expect to work all the time?
Do you think that's a reasonable expectation?
Yes the period star is good for everyone, but don´t forget that you also need to activate a star related to the bussiness.....
The location of the chashier, how are the water dragons coming or leaving the place, the location of the main door, exterior and interior forms, etc, propicious date to make changes, openigs, etc, etc.

I somewhat agree with this Paulo. Feng Shui is great in the right situation, but for a business, if there is no foot traffic or advertising, how will they get customers? If their products or services are no good, then Feng Shui won't help too much. However... there can be differences to a building depending on the surroundings or internal layout, just looking at the numbers on a chart won't mean that each Wu facing building would be the same.
Also does the owner have a Wood/Metal Day Master , or did he start the business on a clash day, or is South Jut Ming for him where the South facing is bad for his money luck, or was it in a poorer neighbourhood where they really don't like black people, or was there just an interest rate rise (like here in Oz) where everyone starts counting their pennies and retail business slows down.
There are many factors, Feng Shui can definitely help, but a good practitioner will learn to look at the bigger picture and include things in the analysis that don't neccessarily have anything to do with FS. If a hairdresser gives a bad haircut to one person, you can be sure they will tell at least 10 of their friends not to go there...it could just be that he started serving bad coffee? People do like new things, but generally are creatures of habit, his clientele would have come back after the new cafes had lost their shine.
