Just go and read the Four Pillars books - they give a lot of suggestions what to do for missing and favorable elements. But don't ask me which book is good - you will find it yourself.
Herbal tonics, south direction is suitable for you.
I think you are OK, just need more experience.

Yes, it applies to Follow Son chart like yours.
Yes I was just reading the Bazi book by Master goh Guan Leong.
He provides an example of "troublmaker youth" or "shi shen turns Shan kuan".
