Feng Shui in Hong Kong

The International Finance Centre in Hong Kong is a large, modern complex hosting the site of the tallest building in Hong Kong (fourth in the world when it opened in late 2003). Known as Two IFC, the building
is of course, 88 storeys high – ‘8’ being the luckiest number to Hong Kong citizens. The number of st… Continue

Hi to All

Well I finally joined the network as Perrie so kindly invited me and it was about time to do some social networking, particularly as recently I was sucked in by you-know-who posing as someone else on one of the other lists...lol

Anyway nice to see so many familiar faces here, hope we can have some fruitful discussions.

Also nice to see my friend Dong on the list, from Wutaishan, who organised a fantastic conference a few years ago in China at which I was a speaker.… Continue

Hi Jodi,

I was busy these days with the qigong conference I organized, but wanted to say to you that I am glad you are having a feng shui store. The objects you sell can be regarded as good wishes and happy symbols. The life is full of symbols and why not make the people feel happy!?! And also, there are certain objects, which also can improve the health and life, like crystals, precious stones, jade, etc...
You know, another member of the network, Yvonne Phillips, is also running a feng shui store (in Pittsburgh, PA). She is also very nice.

Ho Howard yesterday we lost DST so the clock went back 1 hour so I got an extra hour's sleep (lol) before I was to get up and teach a FS class.

It's cold and windy and we're really glad it's been raining cats and dogs for the past week as there's been a drought here for 10 years so it's wonderful to see the rain.

Speaking of which, having no water has forced the populace to be water-wise, which means conservative. As water equates to wealth/prosperity it's interesting to note that as a nation, Australia has fared better in the global economic situation...what downturn? I say!
