Курс по ЧИГУН 1-во НИВО

На 02 Февруари 2009 (понеделник) ще започне курс 1-во ниво ЧИГУН

Курсът включва:
- Мисловно упражнение У-Вей
- Шестнадесет двигателни упражнения по чигун
- Учението за ИН-ЯН и Петте елемента
- Движение на енергията по Малката Орбита
- Природни закони и Природен Морал

Great initiative, Alexey !
This allows people to network and use their own language if the English is difficult.
I hope that over time more regional groups will be created.
