I suppose that in this period career is quite well, but it seems to me that after 2014 it will be much better to start an own business. And after 2014 a person should be careful with job contracts and his marriage (because of career). If he is not marry then it's better to mary before 2014.
The money now comes quite good but there is some instability in property/investments/living places. It will change in the next period.
In the next period (after 2014) a person can experience instability in psychological part... so it's good for him to study Chinese Astrology for better understanding of destiny's paths and Feng Shui for helping himself...and also it's good to study qigong, meditations etc.

Singapore was on the + 7:30 timezone in 1974.

So correcting to true local solar time this 3:45 am chart is still inside the Ox hour, but only 4 minutes before it changes to Tiger.
This means the Hour Pillar is in doubt.

Yes, I also got the true local solar time being 4 minutes before change to Tiger hour, which is manually obtained as follows:
- Singapore's coordinate is 103°48'
- The closest time meridian then is 105°, which is GMT+07:00 timezone
- Difference of 103°48' from the meridian of 105° is -1°12' or equivalent to -4 min 48 sec
- Singapore also adopted the 07:30 timezone in 1974, so we need to subtract -30 min to get back to GMT+07:00
- True Local Time at birth: 03:45 am - 4 min 48 sec - 30 min, but
- If one takes into account Equation of Time on birth date, then based from a reliable source, I would again subtract - 14 min 5 sec.
- Therefore, the True Local Solar Time = 03:45 am - 4 min 48 sec - 30 min - 14 min 5 sec = 02:56 am
- Chou hour is between 01:00 and 03:00 am, so strictly speaking yes, Daymaster was born at Chou hour
- However, True Local Solar Time is only 4 minutes before change to Tiger hour, so Daymaster might want to re-verify birth time.
